Halloween Update — 2023

Halloween update, new features & more!

Spawning is now shown in Minefort's server lists! A quick note that in a future maintenance an estimated time the server will be back online will no longer be announced. One more thing: You can now join Spawning using version 1.20.2!

Halloween Update

Halloween Menu

Halloween has finally arrived to Spawning! We have added some additional features as well :)

Talk to the Halloween Menu at the hub for more info (as shown in the image above).

Pumpkin Hunt

A pumpkin

Find pumpkins around the lobbies at spawns to earn tokens! With tokens, you can purchase cosmetics such as glowing colors, chat colors & tags.

You can check how many pumpkins you've found with the /pumpkins command. Talk to the Halloween Menu to open the event shop, or use the /halloween command as well.

Profile

At the hub

Your profile is where you can see your stats and customize your cosmetics. In the future, you will be able to change settings via your profile or /settings.

As mentioned above, with tokens you can purchase in-game cosmetics. We currently have 3 features but will plan on adding more in the future.

Glowing

Make yourself glow at the lobby or spawns!

Quick note that this only works at the main lobby or server spawns.

An example of a glowing outline. I couldn't find a better example.

There are currently 12 different glowing colors at the moment. Obtain colors in server events (like now, the Halloween event. yes.).

Chat Colors

Have different chat colors when sending chat messages!

I selected the Cyan chat color.
I selected the Orange chat color.

There are currently 11 different chat colors you can set as of now. Obtain colors in server events (like now, the Halloween event. yes.). :)

Chat Tags

Show off your cool suffix anywhere! :)

I selected the new candy tag!
I selected the new vampire tag!

Additional Updates | Survival

  • Reduced Spawner costs.

  • You can now purchase claim blocks from /shop.
