The lobby is being removed

A statement regarding Spawning's lobby.

Hey everyone! Today we are releasing a statement regarding Spawning's original lobby.

Because of how the server was set up, there were a couple of issues with the lobby, such as:

• Inventory bug Inventories were not working correctly most of the times. You would sometimes get your survival inventory at the lobby.

• Server lag If the server started to lag, the entire server would lag. This is also a follow up to Islands being removed from Spawning (for now).

FYI: Spawning has never used BungeeCord. Most Minecraft servers use BungeeCord to have servers like the main lobby, survival, skyblock, miningames, etc and Spawning has never used BungeeCord, instead we tried inventing the server to sort of have BungeeCord.

— How will I be able to access settings?

You will be able to access settings with the /settings command.

— Ok, what about my profile?

Just like settings, you will be able to view your profile with /profile. Stay updated via our Discord!

— Will I keep my cosmetics?

You will keep your cosmetics from /glow, /chatcolor and /tags but you will not keep cosmetics that you gained from the cosmetics menu at the hub. You can also access /appearance to view cosmetics you will still have.

Cosmetics that you have gotten from the hub will not be available anymore, sorry! But no worries, we are implementing a feature where you'll be able to buy cosmetics just like the lobby.
